D4B has been providing mobility services for over 16 years to B2B customers in France and abroad. The company helps its enterprise customers to manage smartphones and tablets from the device roll-out to user training, device management, and after-sales support.
D4B has used PiceaServices Volume since 2018 to streamline its mobile device processes and to ensure excellent customer service. By using PiceaServices Volume, D4B personnel can process multiple concurrent devices simultaneously. In cases when devices need repair, automated device diagnostics helps to avoid human errors and save time in the process. Device diagnostics has also been performed after the repair to verify the issues have been successfully resolved.
