PiceaDevice Data is a new addition that offers comprehensive details of mobile device properties and technical information. Device data is available via Device Data API that allows customers to automatically retrieve detailed mobile device data into their own systems, such as an e-commerce site or ERP, and save costs. Device information covers approximately 10 000 individual device models with detailed and validated information.
PiceaReporting provides cloud-based real-time statistics on store and company levels as well as detailed device information. For example, an After Sales Manager of a retail chain can follow up via PiceaReporting how many devices have been diagnosed at each point of sale and how much NFF has been reduced.
PiceaHistory offers improved visibility to operations history performed on a single mobile device at all touchpoints. For example, History allows users to check earlier service records of a mobile device whether operations were performed at home, point of sale, or warehouse. Similarly, a store manager can follow up shop level performance and which service operations are most used, and which need further improvement.
PiceaDevice Data is a standalone offering, whereas PiceaReporting and PiceaHistory are available for customers who have other PiceaServices solutions in use and who can access their own data.
