Piceasoft and Point Service Mobiles (PSM), a franchise network in France specializing in phone and tablets repair, have agreed to deploy PiceaServices software in PSM repair shops. Accredited by major phone manufacturers, PSM has more than 200 repair points across the country and has been developing its international presence since 2013 under the name Phone Service Center.
Point Service Mobiles selected PiceaServices as the company standard solution across their franchise repair network to improve service efficiency and customer experience in its repair shops. PiceaServices applications enable PSM to deliver on their commitment on high quality service and immediate mobile repair within 40 minutes for their customers as well as develop new services like data transfer.
PiceaDiagnostics can be used for fast and easy diagnostics to analyse the device condition and need for repair. With fully automated, user-assisted test cases, in-depth health of a mobile can be analysed within just 2-3 minutes per device.
Content can be transferred to a new phone with PiceaSwitch and all personal data from a device can be securely erased with an ADISA certified PiceaEraser for example when a loan device is returned. Piceasoft Reporting provides full audit trail to guarantee a proper service process for the device.
