Piceasoft Oy:n osakkeenomistajien yksimielinen päätös 20.07.2022 päätti liittää Yhtiön osakkeet arvo-osuusjärjestelmään ja valtuutti Yhtiön hallituksen päättämään arvo-osuusjärjestelmään siirtymisen ajankohdasta. Yhtiön osakasluettelon ylläpitäminen siirtyy Yhtiöltä arvo-osuusjärjestelmää Suomessa ylläpitävälle Euroclear Finland Oy:lle. Arvo-osuusjärjestelmään liittymisen tavoitteena on tehostaa ja sujuvoittaa Yhtiön yhtiöoikeudellista hallinnointia. Ilmoittautumisaika on 14-30.11.2022.
Osakkeenomistajille on toimitettu toimintaohjeet ja kirjaamishakemus osakkeiden kirjaamiseksi arvo-osuusjärjestelmään sekä kerrottu mitä muutos merkitsee osakkeenomistajan kannalta. Osakkeiden vaihto arvo-osuuksiksi ja kirjaaminen arvo-osuustilille on osakkeenomistajalle maksuton.

Piceasoft Oy will transfer its shares into the book-entry system
The Shareholders of Piceasoft Oy have unanimously decided to join the Company’s shares into the book-entry system and mandated the Board of Directors of the Company to decide the registration period. Along with the transition into the book-entry system, the maintenance of the Company’s shareholder register will transfer from the Company to Euroclear Finland Oy, which maintains the book-entry system in Finland. The registration period is 14-30.11.2022.
Piceasoft will send instructions on how to proceed in order to register their shares into the book-entry system and what does the change mean for the shareholder. The transfer of the change to book-entries and their recording to the book-entry account is free of charge for the shareholder.
