The co-operation between Piceasoft and Alchemy creates unique opportunities for mobile retailers to easily deploy buyback programs to generate new revenue streams. With PiceaTrade-In, operator and retail stores can leverage Alchemy as their recycling vendor who is committed to purchasing and processing the traded devices.
Piceasoft Trade-In solution enables Alchemy to define the diagnostics test cases to analyse the mobile device condition in order to provide accurate trade-in value. The in-store Trade-In application performs automated device verification and diagnostics tests accordingly and quotes the trade-in value. This ensures fair and accurate price both for the consumer and the store and decreases significantly the variance in device grading.
In order to provide seamless end-to-end upgrade process, the customer data can be transferred to a new device with PiceaSwitch and the old device can be securely wiped to comply with the GDPR using PiceaEraser.
