To streamline the device handling process, YesYes needed an effective solution and selected PiceaServices to make its operations more efficient.
YesYes has been established on principles of responsible business and to have a positive impact on society and the environment. The company buys back mobile devices from consumers and companies and refurbishes and resells them back to the second-hand market via their online webshop.
All smartphones are checked and refurbished by YesYes competent technicians in a local workshop. PiceaVolume helps the technicians to easily test the devices are acceptable for reuse and resale. The solution checks for active device locks, inserted SIM and memory cards, and against GSMA Device Check™ to identify lost or stolen devices.
Diagnostics provides extensive mobile device testing and helps to identify phone software and hardware issues. This reduces the time for a technician to identify exactly what needs to be fixed. ADISA certified erasing technology can be used to permanently wipe all sensitive user content before reselling the devices online.
YesYes has already resold over 15,000 refurbished phones in 2021 and is growing fast.
