Yettel integrates PiceaOnline Mobile SDK into their app to launch a fully digital Smartphone Diagnostics service

Yettel Bulgaria, a leading telecom operator in its region, has integrated Piceasoft’s Picea® Online Mobile SDK into its app, launching a first-of-its-kind Smartphone Diagnostics service for its customers.

This new Smartphone Diagnostics service offers a seamless, fully digital experience, giving users real-time insights into their smartphone’s condition. The complete service flow is available in the local language, offering Yettel customers a user-friendly and localized experience.

The launch of Smartphone Diagnostics marks the first time Bulgarian consumers can access self-service device diagnostics. Unlike traditional diagnostics options, which often involve high fees or in-person visits, this service is fully embedded in Yettel’s app.
